  • Industrial detergent for demanding cleaning. nanowash 10. Washing power easily adjustable with 1/10 - 1/400 dilution. Can be mixed directly with other foaming shampoos.
  • Foaming shampoo for effective washing, nanowash Snow foam for pressure washer or diluted in a foaming bottle.
  • For maintenance and basic washing of coatings nanowash ION. Ionized coating nanodetergent concentrate 1/100. Can be mixed directly with other foaming shampoos.

All Diamondplure detergents are WASH AND COAT type coating nano detergents, they guarantee effective washing results, APR priming and a light coating with every wash. Nothing else is worth using.

With heavy equipment, it is always a good idea to make a strong cleaning solution in a bucket.

A strong washing solution made in a bucket ultimately ensures clean surfaces that are free from oils and other chemicals that make coating difficult.

We recommend using nanowash 10 concentrate in a washing solution at a mixing ratio of up to 1/200 to water when surfaces are really dirty. For normal washing, nanowash 10 works perfectly well at a mixing ratio of 1/400, while still being effective against dirt and impurities.

nanowash 10 is also suitable for maintenance cleaning of coatings, it activates the coatings and creates a new covalent bond with each wash. You can also use nanowash Snow foam.

nanowash™ AGRO 200 – Foaming reactive detergent for agriculture

In agriculture, dirt is not just dirt.

It is manure, feed fat, surface layers burned by ammonia, and acidic sludge – dirt that chemically adheres to the surface.

It releases the dirt film from the surface and leaves a safe SiO₂-based ceramic micro-protective surface that prevents manure and grease from re-adhering.

4 - 5. Rinsing the surfaces - Once the tractor has been thoroughly washed, the surfaces should be rinsed very well. After rinsing, the surfaces should be dried carefully.

At this stage, before spraying the coating, it is a good idea to check the machine once again to make sure that all areas are clean and suitable for coating.

The graffex coating reacts strongly to the primed surface and if there are things on the surface that you don't want there, it will be impossible to remove them later after the coating.

Coating can be done after careful inspection. Put on the right protective equipment, apply the right pressure to the sprayer and coat.

Start the coating treatment from the cam plate, spray the coating on an area of ​​approximately 2 m2 and wipe the surface with a microfiber cloth. Continue this process throughout the entire machine. Detailed instructions available.
