These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Diamondplure™ online store at www.diamondplure.com (“Store”, “we”, “us”).
By placing an order or browsing our website, you accept these Terms.

2. Orders & Contract
- Orders are binding once you receive an email confirmation.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Online banking
- Shopify Payments
- Google Pay / Apple Pay
All payments are processed securely according to PCI-DSS standards.
4. Shipping & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

- Finland: 1–3 business days
- EU: 3–7 business days
- Outside EU: 5–14 business days

- Diamondplure™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
5. Returns & Complaints
Our Return Policy applies.
Summary:
- 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers.
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging.
- Contact us at info@diamondplure.com before returning any items.
- B2B returns are subject to separate agreements.
6. Product Use & Responsibility
Products must be used according to instructions.
Diamondplure™ is not liable for damages caused by incorrect use.
Professional-use products are marked separately.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including product names, images, texts, and logos, are the property of Diamondplure™ Technologies or its partners.
Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
8. Data Protection
We comply with the Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.
Your data is processed only to fulfill your orders and maintain customer relations.
9. Limitation of Liability
Diamondplure™ is not liable for:
- indirect damages,
- delivery delays,
- third-party errors.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Finnish law.
Disputes will be resolved primarily by negotiation.
If unresolved, they will be handled by the District Court of Pirkanmaa, Finland. Consumers may also refer disputes to their local consumer dispute board.
