    Diamondplure™ – Shipping Policy

     

     

    1. Delivery Areas

    Diamondplure™ ships products to:

    • Finland
    • EU countries
    • Non-EU countries by special arrangement

    All shipments are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Finland.

    2. Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
    • During peak seasons (e.g. spring and summer), processing times may be slightly longer, but we always aim for fast dispatch.

    3. Delivery Methods and Times

    Deliveries are handled in cooperation with trusted logistics partners such as Posti, Matkahuolto, and DHL.

    Estimated delivery times:

    • Finland: 1–3 business days
    • EU countries: 3–7 business days
    • Non-EU countries: 5–14 business days

    4. Shipping Costs

    • Domestic shipping (Finland): €4.90
    • Europe: €9.90
    • Free shipping on all orders over €80 within Finland and Europe.

    Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination address.

    Any promotional or discounted shipping offers will be announced separately.

    5. Tracking

    All shipments include a tracking code.

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to track your package.

    6. Delivery Errors and Transport Damage

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to check the shipment upon receipt.
    • If the package or its contents have been damaged during transport, please immediately contact the carrier and file a damage report.
    • Diamondplure™ is not liable for damages caused by the carrier but will assist in submitting a claim when necessary.
    • Internal handling time for such cases: 2–3 business days.

    7. Delivery Delays

    If a delay occurs due to reasons related to the Diamondplure™ warehouse, we will notify the customer promptly by email.

    Diamondplure™ is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g. Posti, DHL, UPS, etc.).

    8. Limitation of Liability for Third-Party Deliveries

    Diamondplure™ Technologies / Eloranta Group Oy shall not be held responsible for any delays, errors, or cancellations caused by external logistics and delivery service providers.

    • All deliveries are fulfilled via third-party carriers (e.g. Posti, Matkahuolto, DHL, UPS).
    • The stated delivery times are estimated and based on the carrier’s agreement with the customer.
    • Diamondplure™ cannot guarantee delivery times or be held liable for delays, incorrect deliveries, or cancellations when caused by third-party carriers.

    Disclaimer:

    Diamondplure™ shall under no circumstances be liable for compensation due to delayed, cancelled, or damaged deliveries when caused by external carriers.

    In case of delivery issues:

    • The customer must file a claim directly with the carrier.
    • Diamondplure™ will assist if needed but is not a contractual party in the transport agreement.

    9. Unclaimed Shipments

    • If an order is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the actual shipping and handling costs.
    • Unclaimed parcels are not considered automatic returns.

    When a customer fails to collect an order, Diamondplure™ Technologies shall not be responsible for any resulting costs.

    Conditions for unclaimed parcels:

    • Diamondplure™ will not automatically refund unclaimed orders.
    • A refund request must be made in writing to: info@diamondplure.com
    • For approved refunds, all actual costs incurred from the unclaimed shipment will be deducted, including:
      • Original shipping fees charged to the company
      • Return freight charges
      • Handling costs (packaging, storage, administration, transport)

    Note: For made-to-order products, custom items, or professional-use chemical products, Diamondplure™ reserves the right not to refund the payment, as such items cannot be resold for safety reasons.
