nanox®siO2 graffex HEAVY DUTY hybrid is a SiO₂/graphene-based, SPRAY AND WIPE -applied, self-smoothing ceramic hybrid coating designed to withstand the extreme stresses of heavy equipment, machinery and industrial environments.

Its fused nanolayer forms a permanent covalent bond to the surface , effectively repelling acids, alkalis, solvents, hydraulic oils and heavy mechanical wear.

Instructions for use and additional information:

• The surfaces to be treated must be polished mechanically.
• Prime with nanowash™ priming solution. A clean and dry surface is crucial.
• Spray nanox® graffex HEAVY DUTY on an area of ​​2 m2, wipe with a microfiber cloth – and move on to the next area. No buffing required.
• Spraying times 3 - 10 minutes break between each spray.
• For all exterior surfaces.
• Ready immediately - Do not allow to dry in drops on the surface.

Additional information: Treatment can be repeated after 6 months.
