The ATV had been washed with several products without achieving the desired result. The surface looked tired even though it was not beyond restoration.

01 Foam applied to the surface

The surface was treated with foam without a pressure washer. Dirt and the embedded contamination layer began releasing in a controlled way.

02 Wash mitt reactivated the surface

Light mechanical washing combined with proper chemistry restored the depth and richness of the plastic surface.

03 The result surprised everyone

After drying, the surface did not fade back but remained darker, deeper and visibly cleaner.

The surface was not dead.
It was blocked.

Many would have started with polishing or recoating. In this case, however, the problem was not missing paint protection — but an SiO₂ structure blocked by minerals, grease and contamination.

This does not replace polishing when the surface is physically damaged.

If the clear coat is scratched, oxidized or damaged, mechanical correction may still be required. In this case, the original protection was still present — it was simply reactivated without heavy abrasion.

When oxidation, haze and embedded contamination were removed correctly, the original deep green finish became visible again.
