Diamondplure™ – Legal Notice (en)
1. Limitation of Liability
Diamondplure™ products are intended for use only according to the manufacturer’s official instructions.
Eloranta Group Oy (“Diamondplure”) shall not be held liable for any damages, harm, or losses resulting from:
- misuse of the products,
- usage contrary to the provided instructions,
- unauthorized applications,
- improper storage, or
- usage beyond the recommended shelf life (Nanowash™: 12 months; coatings: 36 months from purchase, unopened).
The customer is always responsible for ensuring that Diamondplure™ products are used only for their intended applications and using the correct procedures.
2. Chemical Compatibility and Cross-Usage
Diamondplure™ products are based on precisely tested SiO₂-driven and graphene-enhanced technologies.
Performance and safety cannot be guaranteed if products are used together with other manufacturers’ chemicals, coatings, detergents, or solvents.
Disclaimer:
If cross-usage causes damage to coatings, painted surfaces, glass, metals, or seals, Diamondplure™ accepts no liability for:
- performance loss,
- repair costs, or
- resulting damages.
Using any third-party chemicals before, during, or after Diamondplure™ product treatments is strictly at the user’s own risk, unless Diamondplure has provided prior written approval.
3. Professional-Use Products
Certain Diamondplure™ products — including Nanowash™ series detergents, Nanox SiO₂ coatings, and Solution Wash acidic cleaners — are designed for professional use only.
The user is responsible for:
- having sufficient expertise in product handling,
- using appropriate protective equipment,
- ensuring suitable working conditions, and
- maintaining proper storage and environmental conditions.
Diamondplure™ shall not be liable for any damages resulting from insufficient protection or incorrect working methods.
4. Product Instructions and Safety
Official instructions and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available at:

It is the user’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the instructions before using any Diamondplure™ products.
5. Warranty and Product Performance
Diamondplure™ products are performance-tested using scientifically validated methods and are guaranteed only when used according to instructions.
The warranty does not cover:
- applications outside official instructions,
- cross-usage with third-party chemicals,
- improper storage conditions, or
- unauthorized applications.
6. Returns and Cancellations
Returns are accepted only for unopened products in their original packaging, within 14 days from purchase.
Exemptions:
- Professional-use products
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Discounted or promotional bundles

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Finnish and EU consumer protection laws.
Any disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiation and, if necessary, in a competent court in Finland.
