Diamondplure – Return Policy

Return Period

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as when received
  • Unused and unopened
  • With all original labels attached
  • In its original, unopened packaging

 You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, you must send the unopened package using the same carrier that delivered your order.

The return address must be exactly the same as printed on the original shipping label.

⚠️ Important: We only accept packages delivered to the nearest pickup point.

Returns sent without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Return Restrictions 

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Products sold under professional-use contracts are not eligible for return.
  • Purchases made with special reseller or professional discounts are considered final and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, ownership and liability transfer to the customer.

All claims related to shipping damage must be handled between the customer and the carrier.

If you receive a damaged shipment:

  1. Report the damage immediately to the carrier (e.g., Posti, Matkahuolto, DHL, etc.).
  2. Keep the packaging and the damaged product for inspection.
  3. Contact us if you need assistance with the claims process.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or special-order products
  • Personalized items
  • Bulk purchases for business customers
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases

 

 

 

 

Business-to-Business (B2B) Purchases

Orders placed by business customers are handled under B2B terms and are not covered by consumer return rights under EU law.

All B2B orders are considered final and non-refundable.

 

 

Order Responsibility

Diamondplure™ does not ship any product without a confirmed order.

Orders can be confirmed in writing, electronically, or verbally. Once confirmed, the order is binding and cannot be cancelled.

 

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you received and place a new order after your return is approved.

 

 

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In compliance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided that:

  • The product is unopened and unused
  • Labels and packaging remain intact
  • You provide proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
