01 WASH

Clean and prepare

Remove loose dirt, grease, biofilm, minerals and other residues before protection.

Protect the surface

PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS

Choose the product you are using.

Open the relevant instructions. Always also follow the product label and the latest safety data sheet.

01 nanowash™ 10

Dosage and use

Normal wash: approximately 25 ml in 8–10 litres of water. Adjust the dilution according to the surface and dirt level.

Workflow

  1. Rinse loose dirt from the surface.
  2. Wash with a mitt, sponge or suitable brush.
  3. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Important

Do not allow the wash solution to dry. Test sensitive surfaces first.

02 Solutionwash™

Dosage and use

For removing lime, mineral deposits and difficult inorganic residues before the main wash.

Workflow

  1. Wet the surface thoroughly.
  2. Apply to a small controlled area.
  3. Work briefly and prevent drying.
  4. Neutralise with nanowash™ solution.
  5. Rinse immediately with plenty of water.

Important

Do not use on marble or sensitive unprotected metals. Always test first.

03 nanowash™ Snow Foam

Dosage and use

Foam lance approximately 1:1. Hand foamer approximately 1:5. Adjust according to the equipment and application.

Workflow

  1. Rinse off heavy loose dirt.
  2. Apply foam evenly.
  3. Wash mechanically when required.
  4. Rinse thoroughly.

Important

The product may dry lightly on the surface. The detergent reactivates immediately when rinsed with water.

04 nanowash™ ION

Dosage and use

Maintenance wash approximately 1:100.

Workflow

  1. Add the product to clean wash water.
  2. Wash the coated surface normally.
  3. Rinse thoroughly.
  4. Dry with clean microfiber.

Important

Designed to support hydrophobicity, gloss and SiO₂ performance.

05 nanowash™ SPEED

Dosage and use

Use approximately 1:50 for bicycle washing and coating maintenance.

Workflow

  1. Rinse loose dirt gently.
  2. Wash with a soft brush, cloth or mitt.
  3. Rinse and dry the bicycle.

Important

Avoid directing high-pressure water at bearings, seals and electrical connections.

06 HYDRONANO™ carbon

Dosage and use

Apply sparingly using SPRAY & WIPE. Typical consumption is approximately 30–50 ml per vehicle.

Workflow

  1. Wash the surface thoroughly.
  2. Apply a small amount to the surface or microfiber towel.
  3. Spread evenly one area at a time.
  4. Finish with clean dry microfiber.

Important

Do not apply to a hot surface. Slight residual moisture is acceptable.

07 nanox® SiO₂

Dosage and use

Apply a thin and even layer using SPRAY & WIPE.

Workflow

  1. Wash and dry the surface almost completely.
  2. Apply a small amount one area at a time.
  3. Spread evenly with microfiber.
  4. Finish immediately with another clean towel.

Important

Avoid direct sunlight, hot surfaces and immediate water exposure.

08 nanox® SiO₂ BIKE

Dosage and use

Apply sparingly to clean and dry bicycle surfaces using SPRAY & WIPE.

Workflow

  1. Wash the bicycle with nanowash™ SPEED.
  2. Dry carefully.
  3. Apply a small amount.
  4. Spread and finish with clean microfiber.

Important

Do not apply to brake discs, brake pads, tyre tread or gripping surfaces.

09 graffex hybrid™

Dosage and use

Professional spray coating. Use equipment and settings defined in the factory protocol.

Workflow

  1. Prepare a clean, dry and degreased surface.
  2. Correct surface defects when required.
  3. Apply extremely thin controlled spray layers.
  4. Finish according to the factory protocol.

Important

Professional use. Requires suitable spraying equipment, protection, ventilation and training.

10 graffex™ HEAVY DUTY

Dosage and use

Professional coating for heavy equipment, industrial surfaces and chemically demanding environments.

Workflow

  1. Clean, degrease and dry the surface.
  2. Repair or polish when required.
  3. Apply according to the factory protocol.

Important

Professional use only. Risk assessment, respiratory protection and efficient ventilation are required.

11 marine deck

Dosage and use

Apply sparingly using SPRAY & WIPE to suitable hard marine surfaces.

Workflow

  1. Wash and dry the surface.
  2. Apply a small amount.
  3. Spread evenly.
  4. Finish with clean dry microfiber.

Important

Do not apply where increased slipperiness could create a safety risk.

12 marine race™

Dosage and use

Professional spray coating for hulls, underwater surfaces, propellers and suitable hard marine surfaces.

Workflow

  1. Prepare a clean, dry and degreased surface.
  2. Correct damaged or oxidised surfaces.
  3. Apply according to the factory protocol.

Important

Do not coat sacrificial anodes or walking surfaces.

13 infrax™ / PRO Concept™

Dosage and use

Professional surface protection for wet rooms, property surfaces and demanding applications.

Workflow

  1. Clean, neutralise and dry the surface.
  2. Verify technical suitability.
  3. Apply according to the factory protocol.

Requires product-specific training, protection, ventilation and professional risk assessment.

The required protection depends on the product concentration, application method, ventilation and workplace risk assessment.

  • Use chemical-resistant protective gloves.
  • Use safety glasses when there is a risk of splashing.
  • Wear long-sleeved work clothing.
  • Ensure good ventilation.
  • Follow the product label and safety data sheet.

Professional spraying and strong cleaning chemistry

  • Use respiratory protection selected according to the risk assessment.
  • Use splash goggles or full-face protection.
  • Use chemical-resistant nitrile gloves.
  • Use protective clothing or a disposable coverall.
  • Ensure efficient ventilation or local extraction.
